Commercial Director

Following on from a round of investment into the business, Shaping Cloud are growing rapidly and looking for a high calibre individual who will be able to take their new Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) product SPINR (spinr.io) to market

SPINR is a cloud software solution that enables organisations to build their own platforms for digital transformation by turning their back office systems into a set of well documented Open API’s. By acting as a layer of abstraction on top of existing systems and processes, the tool allows organisations to reap all the benefits of a Service Orientated Approach (SOA) without the traditional investment required in an Enterprise Service Bus.

The product has now moved into it’s Go To Market phase and we are looking for a proven leader with experience in taking a new software product to market. This will encompass everything from defining the sales cycle through to customer onboarding and success. It will involve building a compelling channel model and attracting partners who can build their own successfull business models around the technology. This is a senior role reporting into the CEO and we would expect a minumum of 5 years experience in a relevant role elsewhere in the technology sector. 

Key Skills & Experience 

  • Must have a proven track record in taking a software product to market covering all aspects of it’s commercial model
  • Experience in building the marketing, sales, onboarding and support functions that will drive net new growth and retain existing customers
  • Experience in building a succesful channel strategy.
  • Develops and executes on strategy and GTM plans. 
  • Builds multi-level relationships with our partners including those in the executive level
  • Produces high-quality leads through constant engagements with partners in terms of marketing strategies 
  • Coordinates with internal resources to launch partner sales planning efforts of the company. 
  • A passion for sales and technology and a drive to the help the company’s growth aligned to exceptional communications skills
