Nigel has led the acquisitions of three businesses and the sale of two. These have given him significant M&A and fundraising experience including debt, private equity, and AIM placings.

After 20 years in the higher education and public sectors, Helen brings a wealth of knowledge in the design and delivery of drift-free large scale digital transformation programmes. Her commercial acumen and planning foresight, coupled with her sincere and people focussed approach, drives forward her mission for delivery excellence.

Leon has 20 years’ experience leading tech projects for public sector and enterprise, with his expertise spanning infrastructure and digital. For the last six years, Leon’s been assessing whole ICT architectures for enterprise orgs, designing cloud-first holistic architectures, defining informed and accurate investment cases, as well as leading on key modernisation projects.
Stephen Clough
Stephen is a commercially focused CFO with over 20 years’ experience across high-growth, PE-backed, AIM-listed, and multinational businesses. A chartered accountant who trained at KPMG, he has deep expertise in M&A, private equity transactions, and operational transformation. Stephen is passionate about building high-performing finance teams and partnering with leaders to drive strategic growth and long-term value.
