Partner Referral Program

How it works:
Refer a Client: Use the referral form below to introduce us to your contacts who could benefit from our services.
We Connect: Our team will reach out to your referral and propose our best solutions tailored to their needs.
Earn Your Reward: Once a new client signs up for our services, you’ll receive a 5% commission of our first engagement fee or 5% of six months of fee income for managed services, up to £5,000 per new client.
Alternative Referral Options: While our standard referral program offers a direct financial reward, we also provide several alternative options to suit your preferences or circumstances, such as:
Donate to Charity: If you prefer, we can donate the referral fees to a charity of your choice. This option allows you to support a cause you are passionate about through your referral.
Discount for the Client: Alternatively, the referral fees can be passed on to the referred client as a discount. This gesture can serve as an additional incentive for them to engage with our services.
Split the Fees/Discount with the Client: You may choose to split the referral fees 50:50 with the client. This option provides a benefit to both you and the new client, fostering a mutually beneficial relationship.
Credit Against Our Invoices: If you’re already a client of ours, we offer the option to credit the referral fees against our invoices for your own services. This can be a great way to reduce your costs while still participating in the referral program.
Terms and conditions:
Opportunities must be registered in advance with Shaping Cloud by using this form.
You provide some form of introduction to the client, for instance an introductory email from you to both parties, a joint call, or in-person meeting.
This program applies to new business clients only. In other words, the client is not already a client or former client of Shaping Cloud, as evidenced within our CRM and finance systems.
Referral fees apply to professional services and managed services only, and exclude reselling third party services or software.
Calculation of referral fees excludes VAT.
Referral fees are only paid on revenue (cash in bank) actually received by Shaping Cloud.
Referral fees will be calculated quarterly at the end of March, June, September and December and paid within 30 days of the end of the month in question, calculated on the basis of revenue received from the client to date.
This program is not available to any employees of Microsoft as it would put us in breach of our vendor terms and conditions and Microsoft policies.
This program is not available to any employees of Shaping Cloud.
You agree and confirm that your participation in this program does not put you or Shaping Cloud in breach of your employer’s guidelines or other regulations concerning conflict of interest, gifting, purchasing, standards of business conduct etc.
This program is entirely at Shaping Cloud's discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time, although that is not our intention.
